Interested candidates should complete the application form . Completed applications must be received no later than To Be Announced . Earlier application is strongly recommended because: first, space in the Workshop is limited and admission is competitive; and, second the visa process requires substantial lead time. The application form is available in both Word.doc and Adobe.pdf formats. The .doc form can be filled out with Word and emailed as an attachment. The .pdf form must be printed and scanned before emailing.
