REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Interested candidates should complete the application form. Completed applications must be received no later than March 1, 2007. Earlier application is strongly recommended because: first, space in the Workshop is limited and admission is competitive; and, second the visa process requires substantial lead time.

The application form is available in both MS Word (.doc) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) formats. The .doc form can be filled out with Word and emailed as an attachment. The .pdf form must be printed and scanned before emailing. Or, either form can be printed and then faxed or sent via regular mail to:
